After graduating with honors from the University of Montana School of Law, Ms. Eagan spent two years as the Chief Clerk of the Oregon Court of Appeals working with Chief Judge Mary Deits. She then spent 16 years at the Yamhill County District Attorney’s Office where her contributions included serving as a member of the Major Accident Traffic Team (MATT), the Yamhill County Fire Investigation Team (YFIT), the Courthouse Safety Committee and the early Evidence Based Decision Making Committees.  Most recently she worked as Staff Counsel at GEICO.

Ms. Eagan has taught for the National District Attorney’s Association (NDAA), The Mid-Valley Reserve Training Academy (MVRT), The Yamhill County Fire Investigation Team (YFIT), the McMinnville and Newberg Citizens' Academies and Chemeketa Community College.  Since 2012, she has been the coach of “Nerdherd,“ Yamhill County’s High School Robotics Team.  In 2016, Ms. Eagan was honored to receive the Woody Flowers Finalist Award for the Pacific Northwest District of the FIRST Robotics Competition.  The Woody Flowers Award honors the coach’s gracious professionalism and team leadership.
At Goodfellow & Cottle Ms. Eagan will manage the firm’s criminal defense group where she will defend clients facing criminal charges, ranging from serious Measure 11 and felony allegations, to DUII and misdemeanor citations. Her significant experience prosecuting these same matters will be invaluable to all of our firm’s clients.
